Quest details
Philaberto Falasi says he's prepared a ship license for you. Head over to the Wharf Manager and register your ship.
1. {StringTableBind(TextBind:USING_CLICK_RMB)} on the ship license and navigate to the nearest Wharf.
2. Talk to the Wharf Manager and select "Wharf."
3. Select Register Ship menu and select the license.
4. Enter the ship's name and press "Yes" to register.
5. Select the registered ship and press "Take Out."

If you visit Lodovica, she'll hand you a Ship License.
I imagine she will even help you register the vessel.
Once that's done, return to me.
※ You can use a ship by taking it out
after registering it at a Wharf Manager.
