Chancellor Ceres Feresio of the Holy College of Calpheon says the legend of Enslar, the first Valkyrie, is rather frowned upon by the Church of Elion. She claims Bacho Ladericcio will be able to tell you more.

It appears that the blessing of Elion is already with you.
So, you're here to learn about the origin of the Valkyries?
Then we must first start with learning about Enslar, the first Valkyrie.
For the legend of Enslar is directly tied to the origin of the Valkyries,
and yet, not many here wish to talk about the matter.
The heroics of Siena Volaire are far more popular,
as the Church of Elion would end up denouncing the first Valkyrie.
Bacho Ladericcio would know more and can tell you in greater detail
if you find him in the Abandoned Monastery. He might even tell you why he's there.
