Clarkster explained about the Harpies. But he says he doesn't understand the recent death of Karanda. Clarkster seems to doubt the Delphe Outpost.

Hmm... Harpies, once in a decade, crown
a beautiful, healthy Harpy as their own Queen.
Karanda, chosen in this way, incubates all the eggs that Harpies produce,
and gives birth to superior, strong Harpies.
But Karanda died not too long ago.
The problem is that it wasn't Karanda's time to die.
Isn't this... suspicious?
My hunter's sense tells me
that this was done by that strong woman.

I heard at the Delphe Knights Castle that what they do is only defense.
Then... there is only the Delphe Outpost left...

Clarkster, that foolish hunter is a joke!
Aren't the Harpies that group trying to generate the next Karanda?
