Karcenov says that even if we're confronting the Khurutos, we cannot target them recklessly until we figure out their military strength. Investigate Khuruto Cave.

We're trying to find the entrance to the cave where the Elite Khurutos reside. Now we only need to investigate here, but it is hard because powerful guys are guarding it.

So this is the entrance to the Elite Khurutos' cave. I'm relieved to find out why they were guarding it so closely. The cave entrance seems huge. Maybe it continues on somewhere else.
