As Gorgath found out, this disease seems to be transferable to Humans. Contaminated Refugee Camp Residents are infecting other people, so finish off the Contaminated Villagers and learn about them.

The contamination is being transferred to even Humans.
It's especially common among the refugees.
Contaminated villagers seem to hit other villagers.
It's unfortunate, but could you get rid of them and try to learn something about them?
While in progress
They can no longer be considered alive.
Get rid of them for other survivors.
On completion
