Quest details
When you placed the Memories of the Deep Sea on the Ancient Shrine Device, you were transported to the lower level of the shrine. Follow the light leading from the altar nearby into the ancient ruins.

(You can see the following text on the artifact:
The thing threatening life on the ocean floor has been sealed within the shrine.
Thus was the will of the ancients, to put a end to the never-ending war.
The seal can only be broken by an descendant of Edana.
Only the descendant can decide if the seal should be broken.)
