Tranan Underfoe, the Blacksmith in Velia, said that his cat had kittens recently. He wants to feed the kittens and the mother cat fresh, quality fish. Get some fish for Tranan's cats.

Recently, my cat gave birth to ten kittens!
Isn't that incredible?
They are simply just unbelievably adorable!
But,I can't work and take care of my new kittens at the same time.
Could you go out and get some fresh fish
for the mother cat and her kittens?
I've got some interesting stuff from the Mysterious Workshop in Calpheon,
so I'll give you one of those in return if you help me.

They could probably eat all the fish you'll bring me in just one day!
