You may be familiar with the little domain called Keplan in the southeast of Calpheon.
Yes it's a small area, but it is a main area of production in Calpheon.
I've sent Lilvanos from the Orcs there, but his report is late.
I've given him two chances already, so it better be good.
This is disappointing.
If you go to Keplan, look for Lilvanos.
