Apologies, but I'm at my wits end. Phelix hasn't sent a soul
who's been up to the task of maintainin' this estate.
We've got all sorts of trouble out here. Want to be useful?
Go get rid of those creepy spiders crawlin' about.
It'll free me up to deal with this vulture pecking
at Her Ladyship's things. I keep tellin' him it's not his junk!
If his Lordship heard about this, he's do something about it!
But, uh...I might get canned for not dealin' with it myself...
