Soldiers frequently slip from banisters or roofs while chasing Harpies. Give a dangling soldier a helping hand. ※ This quest is available again after midnight (server time) every day unless you have already completed the quest that day.

Those with the wings are dropping soldiers. It is written here. Elion's prophecy is coming true. I don't want to read anymore, but there are three more pages to go... If... you see people hanging from a banister, please, have mercy and save them.
