Xaviel laments his unluckiness and talks about rebuilding the Mill. Get 2 Birch Planks and 3 Usable Scantling so he can rebuild.
1. Birch Plank is made by Processing (Lumbering) Birch Timber.
2 Usable Scantling can be made by Processing (Chopping) Logs.

On acceptance
I took over the mill from Lady Norma
and run it faithfully.
But the mill was ruined because of my mistake.
It cost a ton of money to rebuild.
But since the Waragons are running wild underground,
the mill is in trouble again. It was like a mirror to my own life.
Do you know how I feel?
I'd rather... no, anyway it is really hard.
But I'm not gonna give up.
Can you help me rebuild the mill?
