To behold the true form of the Blackstar, the Weakened Eye of Desolation must be sacrificed to the brazier at Star's End. Do as the Black Spirit says.
※ If you lose the Weakened Eye of Desolation, talk to Allan Serbin in Tariff to obtain another one.
