This is an equipment exchange quest.
Collect 2 Rhutum Amulets to get a Rhutum Elite Fighter Belt in return.
You can then exchange 4 Rhutum Amulets and a Rhutum Elite Fighter Belt for a Sturdy Rhutum Elite Fighter Belt.
Rhutum Amulets can be obtained from Elinke Visamin after finishing the quest [Repeat] Rhutums Clean-Up Operation.
