The Black Spirit is curious about the long-forgotten mercenaries, so tells you to talk to Patrigio in Velia about the Crow Coins the mercenaries kept in their possession.

But who'd thought we'd find traces of them in the Great Ocean, of all places.
And they each had Crow Coins, too?
Now if that doesn't connect them, I don't know what does!
But why would a bunch of former mercenaries get together like that? What's the deal?
Maybe it's shady. Maybe someone in the shadows is pulling strings.
