Forni, a vendor, is having trouble because of the guard dogs which returned from death. He asked you to deal with them. Defeat Frenzied Skeleton Watchdogs and return. ※ This quest is available again after midnight (server time) every day unless you have already completed the quest that day.

I'm really angry! Look at those darn dogs. No, wait. They are already dead; are they even dogs? Anyway, those dogs... I really hate them so much. I'm already sad to be in a place like this, and those dogs make me even more sad. Looks like you know how to fight. Can you please kill those dogs?
