Once you secure a safe place and water, you'll need food to alleviate your hunger. The monsters of the wasteland are tough to deal with, but they have tender flesh beneath their hard shells. You can cook them using simple recipes or process them to make food you can eat. There are lots of Stone Hole Spiders, Stone Crabs, and Stone Hole Worms in this vicinity. Kill those things to get the edible part of meat and come back to me.

Leg Meat from Stone Hole Spiders, Claw Meat from Stone Crabs, and Tender Meat from Stone Hole Worms would do.

You've brought some fine cuts. This should be enough to survive here. The Stone Hole Worm you caught, by the way, you can use its meat, blood, and hide as substitutes for materials from Lizards, so keep that in mind. It will be useful later.
