Viyarani could offer information about the Black Dragon, but asks you to take care of the Gahaz Bandits while you're at it.
Defeat the Sandstorm Plunderer, Sandstorm Assassin, Sandstorm Rifleman, and Sandstorm Elite, take their hoods, and show them to Viyarani.
