Zobadi reveals that Afuaru usually sells robbed treasures to faraway lands, which is why he always deposits them in Arehaza.
You'll need Afuaru's storage key in order to recover the treasures. Take the key from Afuaru, then meet with Buroma, the storage keeper in Arehaza.
