Bertod welcomes you to Muiquun, the home of criminals and outlaws. There are rules you have to follow in order to stay in Muiquun, and Bertod asked you to learn more about it by talking to the people in town.

Welcome to Muiquun.
My name's Bertod.
Muiquun doesn't judge or punish criminals.
We're in favor of them, actually.
If you've got nowhere else to go, or if your life is a complete shipwreck,
It might not be a bad idea to stay here with us.
Only if you are willing to follow some rules.
It's called Muiquun's Law.
If you ask any dumbhead around here,
they will tell you what it is.
Even the dumbest of the dumbhead should know about the law
to stay here.
