Siriya Min advised that you visit the Ibellab Oasis near the Sanctum of Abstinence, so you can resupply the water and items required to pass through the desert.

On acceptance
If you ever run into an area thick with palm trees
on your way to the Sanctum of Abstinence,
there you will find that you've arrived at the Ibellab Oasis.
You will be able to stock up on not only drinking water,
but other items you will need in your journey,
so make sure to check it out.
