Barhan Nesser says that the Aakman are acting suspicious and wants you to investigate. Go to Pilgrim's Haven and look for someone that knows the Aakman well.

I have been carefully observing the Aakman, and their movements seem abnormal. I'm not sure what they are plotting but reports regarding the Aakman are constantly coming in. How much do you know about the Aakman? Most know of them as a secretive group of people, who worship the ancient giants. But, in my eyes, they have an ulterior motive. Protecting the secrets of the ancients is just for show. Suspicion alone won't solve anything. Can you go find out? Find out what the Aakman are plotting.
