Lonely Sail

I don't see him often, but my father is the greatest man on earth. He sails a huge ship, he traveled countless countries, and he even discovered unknown islands. There's even an island named after him! He also wrote a book about sailing. Have you checked it out?

So you read the book Sailing the Life. It's a great read about everything sea and sailing. It's just my opinion, but I think Votudig's father might be a great person, but not a great father. He looks okay, but I know he's lonely. That's why he keeps studying... especially plants. He doesn't like fish, and he hardly goes to the pier. He is unconsciously trying to avoid the sea. Maybe he is trying to be a different person than his father?
