Taphtar, a trade manager at Shakatu's Territory, asked you to bring some Harpy's armpit feather. Defeat Harpies, collect armpit feather, and bring them to Taphtar.

Arenda asked me a favor, but I can't do it right now 'cause I'm really busy. Can you do the favor instead of me? I need some Harpy's armpit feather from near this area. I have no idea what that's for, but she said it is absolutely necessary. Please.
