Chenana from Rock Post says you will need to find some substitute ingredients to make the Imperial Mediah Meal because some ingredients are only found in Mediah. Obtain some Gorgo Cobra's musk and report to Chenana.

We'll need some musk next.
Gorgo Cobras have the musk gland we need.
Make sure to only get glands of the highest quality.
Anything less just...well...stinks!

Go find some Gorgo Cobra's musk.
Without it, our dish will just plain stink!
