Bolero from Cadry Ruins asked you to take stone powder from Cadry Cultists. Defeat the Cultists and Cadry Ruins, take the stone powder, and bring them to Bolero.

Listen up. We were deployed here by the great
Sarma Anin's command, the Master of Shroud Knights.
I'll also let you know that due to my past achievements at Helms Habitat,
I was appointed as the captain of the detached corps under Sarma Anin. Ahem!

Anyway, we've gotta take some black stone powder from them.
They think it's some sort of wonder drug for eternal life,
and that's really making it popular among Valencian aristocrats.
