Quest details
A desert night can be quite cold, which can even cause hypothermia. According to Atui Balacs, nothing works like Star Anise Tea in warming up your body. Using Simple Cooking from the processing tab (L key), make some Star Anise Tea from Star Anise and Purified Water.

On acceptance
Days on the desert are scorching hot, but the nights are the opposite.
If you're not awake and alert, you might as well get frozen to death.
We drink Purified Water to keep our body cool during the day,
but at night, we need to warm up our body with hot tea.
Try brewing some tea with Star Anise and the Purified Water you just filtered.
You can easily brew up some Star Anise Tea using Simple Cooking.
While in progress
You can make some travel necessities through simple cooking.
Star Anise Tea is ond of those.
On completion
Great. You can even sell it at the auction house.
That Star Anise Tea will keep you safe from the desert nights. Don't forget that.
