Ustouvan at Roud Sulfur Works thinks the Lava Tribe managers are the most suspicious of all. He asked you to oppress Lava Tukar and Lava Taolun.

When I say they're strong, I'm not even kidding.
But I heard that they recently became very lazy.
Perhaps that's why Fafaluns and Faoluns
were able to slack off, too.
