Narc spells are used by the Manshaums to control the rain.
They must not be used.
According to the young spirit who was enthralled by the Narc spell,
the Manshaums have gotten abnormally powerful.
Something must be empowering them.

the Manshaums acted as if they saw Narc God with their own eyes.
There has to be something or someone that's controlling them.
