Kamasylve's power was greatly weakened due to the long war with Vedir, and it was further weakened when the Vedir took a branch to the Arid Land to grow. Go to the library to learn more about the war with the Vedir.

the state of Kamasylve right now, Pu.
There are many reasons why it is so weakened,
but the main culprit was the sister race of the Ganelle: the Vedir.
One of the branches of Vedir, the Ahib, stole
a branch of Kamasylve and took it to the Arid Land to grow it into vines.
As the vines grow, Kamasylve's light grows dimmer.
