Stella has been rescued by soldiers from Lemoria Beacon Towers. He says there are great Alchemy ingredients by the Navarn Steppe. If you help him, he says he will repay you for your kindness. ※ Gather Sky Blue Flower with a Hoe, and Soft Ferri Feather with a Tanning Knife.

Have you seen Master Valentine? We were resting by the Old Wisdom Tree when I got bored and went by the road to do some gathering. I accidentally wandered onto the Navarn Steppe when a Black Leopard started chasing me. I lost consciousness and when I came to, I was here. I saw Alchemy ingredients there that I've only seen in books. What a shame! There were Sky Blue Flower and Soft Ferri Feather... Perhaps you can get help me? If you bring them to me I promise to repay you! You can use these Hoe and Tanning Knife to Gather them.
