Well the spark of my interest for Lapis Lazuli first came from
that blue blacksmith at the Old Wisdom Tree, that Puritora...
He refines metal without using fire.
When he strikes down with his Lapis Lazuli, you can see dazzling sparks.
And then the metal heats up!
Isn't that something?
I believe he's the guy to talk to when it comes to Lapis Lazuli.
