Activate the Fogan Chieftain Summon Scroll given to you by the Black Spirit and go to the targeted place. Use the scroll to summon and defeat Titium. ※ Recommended Level: 25 (Party play recommended) (You can retry the quest by canceling and accepting it again. However, you must discard the Summon Scroll in order to receive the quest again.)

Hey, do you know what those stupid monsters are afraid of the most? That is... losing their territory. To them, that's their home. It's fun taking and retaking, isn't it? Now get rid of everything that's in your way.
