According to the villagers, it seems like the last glass shard is somewhere in the forest up north. Find the glass shard in the woodpecker nest within a hole in a tree, and get some firewood by Gathering some Logs.

There are Moss and Birch Trees in the forest north of here.
You can get Logs by cutting these trees down with an Lumbering Axe!
