Hearing of Xian Merchant Guild's ploy, Brolina Ornette offered you a letter to deal with their shenanigans. Deliver the letter to Durgeff, chief of Drieghan, allied nation of Kamasylvia.

It's for Durgeff, leader of Drieghan, our ally.
...A declaration of war? No, this isn't deserving of such a response.
And we could clearly deal with Calpheon without the help of Drieghan ourselves.
It's only that I wish to respond to their shenanigans with some of my own.
This doesn't involve the Kalis, who represent Calpheon,
and seems to be merely the actions of a greedy merchant guild.
Raising this as an issue would only worsen the relations between our two countries
and serve to waste our national resources. And yet, such a foolish ploy.
Did the leader of that guild tell you of his plans
on the off-chance that their plans would be revealed to us
and deteriorate the relations between our two countries?
