Murmin asked you tell her uncle Temur the news that she is alive. To deliver the message, you should first clear the path ahead by defeating the Blood Wolves blocking the way.
Quest dialogue
On acceptance
Please tell uncle Temur
that I am alive, and safe.
There are some Blood Wolves in the path ahead though,
you will have to defeat them first if you want to go that way.
While in progress
I can't wait to see my uncle again.
On completion
I am so relieved that Murmin is okay.
If Murmin cannot leave her spot because of the Blood Wolves,
I guess I need to go
help her get out of there.
