Black Spirit says that a stable keeper is waving their hands at you. Receive a Horse Emblem from the Black Spirit and talk to Bolt, the stable keeper of Wind Nol's Perch.

The roads are rather rough, so I was worried.

so it'll have enough stamina to safely take you pass the swamp.
