Temuulen says the perch he was making is finally finished. Deliver the finished perch to Riley at the Charcoal Workshop in Erethea's Belt.

Do you remember me asking you for
some wood to use for making a perch?
Haha! You're right. I see that you remember properly.
I was able to make a perch of good quality, thanks to you.
Now I have to deliver the finished perch,
but as you can see, the people of Drieghan have visited
and I can't leave my place.
Do you mind delivering this perch for me?
Oh deliver it to the charcoal workshop next to the village,
to Charbonneau's daughter, Riley.

after leaving the village and making two left turns.
