Alchemy was like blowing air slowly into a balloon until it popped. First I had to catch weasels and draw blood from it. I had to kill it quickly and painlessly, and draw hot blood before it hardens. It was very much different from collecting Ogre's blood, which I experienced a couple of months ago. When the flasks on my belt clashed against each other, it was as if the souls of the weasels were alive in the bottle, crying out in agony. But then again, it felt like I gave them a new purpose. They would have been nothing more than mere meet. I become wiser with every experience. Today, I draw blood from them once again.
