The one called barbarian, a Dwarven slave at the Crypt of Resting Thoughts, told you to make the Oath of the Crypt with the three members of the Thornwood Watch.

Sigh. I can't believe I have to do this for every new recruits...
Do they not see they can't go back to wherever they're from now?
You, you have brought back the knowledge of Goddess that was stolen by the graverobber.
As for the reward you seek in return for your offering to be buried in the crypt,
you will be able to obtain it once you take the Oath of the Crypt
with the three members of the Thornwood Watch who protect this place.
Go. Make the Oath of the Crypt with them
and find me, the Guilty Barbarian!

On completion
You now have made the Oath of the Crypt with the Thornwood Watch.
Now, find the Gravekeeper, the first one who returned the stolen knowledge!
Your contribution has been approved by the Oath of the Crypt,
and thus you may receive what you seek from the one who walked the same path.
