The Black Spirit says you should find the hideout of the Dark Knights that Ataraxia talked about and bring the fragmented Vediant to Arethel, the Chief of the Obsidian Ashes.
"In the end, we built our small hideout in a remote valley of O'dyllita."
※ If you lose Fragmented Vediant, you can receive it again from Salanar the Verti Umbramancer.
