He wishes to meet Lumpkebi in real life very much. Determined, the traveler decides to inquire if anyone else has ever seen Lumpkebi for the sake of the old man. However, it turns out the old man was the only one who has ever heard of this Lumpkebi. However, far from being saddened by the difficulty of locating Lumpkebi, Old Man Jami is delighted, believing that Lumpkebi had come to him because he is a true storyteller.
