In the Flood of Knowledge After an arduous journey, we arrived in Valencia, a realm unlike any in the western lands. Crossing the barren desert, where not a single blade of grass grows, I was enthralled by the sight of such a radiant civilization. Knowledge amassed over decades, nay, centuries, stirred my curiosity to its core. It was upon meeting a man who called himself a prophet that my thirst for knowledge ignited like a wildfire. In exchange for learning of their economy, geography, history, and politics, I imparted the secrets of alchemy and the arcane arts. The more I delved into this world, the more I marveled at my own progress in this wondrous land.
