The informant says he can't just hand over the information about the Wonderful Bree Drug and tells you to run an errand to the Refugee Camp for him.

I can tell you how to get Wonderful Bree Drug. But before that, you need to do me a favor. You should hand over a note to an informant at the Refugee Camp. They say the disease causing the epidemic there isn't transferable, but I don't want to risk it... Go there for me and hand this note to the informant. He might have disguised himself as a villager.
