Quest details

Beedle, who you met at Cron Castle, said he was also collecting the Seals of Promise before he escaped. He told that he could feel eerie and ominous energy from the tokens, even though he didn't know the use for them. He also said that there were a lot of people visiting shrines other than Cron Castle and that it would be good to check there.

The fragments were being gathered when I was in there. They didn't tell me what they were for, but... I could feel an ominous energy when I touched them. Oh, and there was a time when Serendia priests visited... How about going to Kzarka Shrine in Serendia? I think something's going on down there.
