Someone Else's Treasure

This... is not what I've been looking for, but it must have been important to someone. It's old, but I can see it used to be taken care of. I'm sure the owner of this box just forgot to take it while hastily packing and escaping the town. Can you maybe find its owner? Our town isn't too big. If you ask around, I'm sure you'll find someone who knows about this box.

Inside that box there are a bunch of l-letters that old man wrote to his daughter who ran away. Th-The old man was just so cranky and unpleasant that when his own d-daughter left him, everyone in town felt for her. M-Maybe he regretted being so harsh to his own daughter. That's w-why he wrote a b-bunch of letters... He left the box at his old house because he thought his daughter might come visit someday... and now it's here. Funny how life turns out.
