I heard that alchemists in Velia discovered a new material. Unfortunately, I am unable to go to Velia. If you don't mind, can you head to Velia for me instead?

Did the rumors bring you here? Perfect timing, we could really use some help. You've heard of Caphras, right? The alchemist rumored to be behind the Cron Castle explosion. We stumbled upon this new material, when we were going through some documents left behind by Caphras. That alchemist really did make a breakthrough. If you're interested, I can tell you more.
