There are rumors that alchemists in Velia found a material with new properties. Head to Velia to find one of the alchemists.

Have you heard of Clorince and Eileen? They are sibling alchemists who live in Velia. I heard they recently discovered a new material. I don't think they have ever met a Fadus so I think it's better if you go in my stead to find the siblings and learn more about the recent discovery.

Did the rumors bring you here? Perfect timing, we could really use some help. You've heard of Caphras, right? The alchemist rumored to be behind the Cron Castle explosion. We stumbled upon this new material, when we were going through some documents left behind by Caphras. That alchemist really did make a breakthrough. If you're interested, I can tell you more.
