Crow Merchant Guild Chief Manager Fughar is said to be supporting those who want to embark on a special adventure. Listen to his advice and carry it out. Fughar says that you can give Beer to Workers to make them work. Get those Workers some Beer. ※ You can hire Workers through Work Supervisors. ※ You can either use Cooking in your Residence or purchase some Beer on the Central Market.

Do you have some workers toiling for you? If not, I strongly recommend you hire one. Workers labor away while you're busy engaged in other business and will greatly aid you in increasing your wealth. Workers don't ask for much. A pint of cold, refreshing beer to wash away all of their troubles... That's all. How about handing them a glass of beer? You can buy the beer, or cook one up in your residence. ※ You can hire Workers through Work Supervisors. ※ You can either use Cooking in your Residence or purchase some Beer on the Central Market.

On completion

Beer isn't the only thing that will energize your workers. They also enjoy other food like Grilled Bird Meat so no need to only stick to Beer.
