Underwater Cave Exploration

You can use Elixir of Seal to drastically increase the time you can spend underwater, but you also will need to conserve your Stamina somehow. There's a beautiful underwater cave beneath Randis Island. I tried my best to reach it, but I ran out of breath before I could. You should try going yourself. Who knows? You might find some treasure inside! Hahaha.
