A Glish Hunter in a black robe says there are some high-class people in the dusky markets of Heidel and Calpheon who detest the Cultists. He says he'll reward you if you hunt some Cultists. ※ This quest is available again after midnight (server time) every day unless you have already completed the quest that day.

Hey, buddy. This is between you and me, but I'm serving the nobles of Calpheon. And you know what? They hate those who conspire here. I mean the Cultists. They're figuring out what the Cultists are trying to do. I got an order to get rid of some Cultists to slow down the process. I want you to help me.
